Difficult to start up 3. Air-feeding pressure decreases. a. When the air-feeding pressure is too low, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the specified pressure, 0.4-0.6Mpa 4. The grease solidifies. a. Feed machine oil (HJ-10) through the air-feeding part and blow it into the air motor with the air. b. If the malfunction still exists, replace the grease in the gear box and planetary gear. 5. Insufficient air-supply a. Besides the tightening machine, check the discharge rate of the air compressor. b. If the inner diameter of the hose is reduced by corrosion and deterioration by oil, affecting air-feeding, replace the hose. 6. Dust has entered the air motor. a. When its certain that dust has entered the air motor, immediately dismantle, clean and repair the motor. b. Carefully check and clean the dust on the connection parts of the tightening machine and hose. 7. The internal parts are worn or broken. a. If the machine is still difficult to start up after the above measures are taken, immediately check whether the internal parts are damaged or excessively worn, and promptly replace such parts. b. Separately and gently rotate the air motor and gear, then promptly replace abnormal parts. 8. Rotate the valve. When the valve and air motor are completely separated, connect with air supply and check whether the air flow is normal, otherwise replace the plunger and spring. 9. Air motor of steel band packing machine a. Dismantle and check for any changes of the air motor according to the following: a. Whether blades are worn and torn. b. The worn degree of inner wall surface of the cylinder c. Whether the hole or gap between the back cylinder cover and front cylinder cover is filled with dust. d. Whether the bearings of the rotor are damaged or excessively worn. e. Whether the air inlet of the cylinder is filled with dust. f. The blades on the rotor do not easily fly out, clean the rotor. g. Whether the gear of the rotor is damaged. Replace with new parts if the above problems exist. 10. The planetary gear of the separated steel band packing machine a. Check that the inner gear is normal. b. Check whether the bearings of each part are excessively worn and damaged. c.
